Victory International Foundation is a Name given to an initiative born from experienced and dedicated people in the domain of humanitarian action in general, digital transormation and community development in partiular. Victory International Foundation is an International Non Profit Organization born in USA, Arizona and Maine, Portland with its Headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona and offices in Maine and Africa. Founded on experience of great work and evidence based research worldwide, its founders are Bo Heway, Prudence Ntamutumba, Visionaries; Alphonse Ndayikengurukiye, the Problem Challenger, Christophe Kramp, the Maker and others.
We are involved in charitable work for more than 20 years in different countries. We know the challenges. We are not afraid to face the most common and the hardest problems for most charitable organizations, that is “funding” and “accountability”. We work in a network where our partners share best practices, defend common interests, and publish well documented solutions for others to duplicate
