Victory International Foundation builds resilience of immigrants in USA towards self-reliance. We offer English for Specific Purposes, career orientation and coping strategies. Our project in Maine, USA gave us experience to deal with challenges of diversity.

Career Orientation

We provide available opportunities and give guidance for choices made by our clients. We assist in resume and interview preparations and support for transferring accreditation or licensing, etc. In the same package, Victory International Foundation connects employers and employees either on shift, part-time, or full-time basis jobs.

Building Resilience

Through individual and group counseling, We provide the skills to adapt to adversity and change. This program help immigrants to build their resilience through entrepreneurship. We assist in aligning their projects to sustainable opportunities and we fund their projects in a form of loan. Initially, the program is supporting men in Portland, Maine to have them more involved in family stability.

The Platform

Organizations that wish to be members of the Victory International Foundation Platform sign in online, complete an application form, and pay an annual membership fee determined by the size, experience, and needs of the organization

Building Consortiums and Leadership Locally

Victory International Foundation is able to select among the Local Organizations that achieved required standards with regards to capacity building received and we can apply and implement projects in consortium. For projects of long term periods, Victory International Foundation leads the initiative for the first year and can allow alternance with other Local Orgnaization to build the leadership and accountability nationally.

Independent Contractor

This is a grantor/grantee relationship. Victory International Foundation can apply for grants, and in return, Victory International funds the project from money received from donors. On the other hand, Victory Internatio to local or community based organizations. Victory International Foundation provides the grants and administrative support, technical assistance, governance, and oversight as needed while assuring the accountability for individuals involved in the project.

Victory International Foundation can also implement projects independtly of other organizations when necessary or for specific purposes.

Every overseas program is conceived and managed independently of the Headquators offices as intervention and law environment are different.

The Overseas Program should be able to pay the technical assistance needed from the Headquaters or pay its international staff.

ECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

This is a membership free Service provision. Victory International Foundation provides technical assistance as needed like technology for management efficacy, website development, academic degrees orientation and facilitation, online training, International career referral, graphic design, bookkeeping, payroll, management, event production, and more.

GRANT LIABILITY ASSURANCE

Lack of expertise, trust, and accountability prevent some organizations from accessing funding. Victory International Foundation offers Instruments for Management and Protection of risks related to lack of agreement respect.
